Giving your sales, Account Management and Customer Service teams a detailed knowledge of all things relating to EVs. As your clients continue to develop their interest in, and demand for EVs, they will look to their leasing company or broker to answer all the questions they have, and to ask them for guidance in transitioning to EV.
Your teams may not be able to confidently handle all the questions they will face from your clients – and they may not be fully up to speed in all areas of a very quickly developing market. In the same way that your clients are having to get up to speed with new EV technology, so your colleagues are also faced with a need to upskill – I can provide these levels of knowledge, delivered in easy-to-understand modules to help you confidently manage your client relationships and help them understand everything they need to know to transition to EVs.
I have delivered training across all facets of EV adoption and market knowledge – primarily to sales and customer service teams of leasing organisations - for over 10 years.
Delegate satisfaction levels have consistently exceeded 98% with the training forming a key element of the new starter induction programme, as well as providing a valuable industry update for all other employees.
I now support such industry bodies as the BVRLA and the Association of Fleet Professionals (previously ICFM) with EV training for their members.
