My Experience

With over 27 years’ experience of customer relationship management in the UK leasing industry, I have worked with, and managed, many Account Managers. I know ‘what good looks like’ across all areas of an Account Manager job profile – including how best to manage internal stakeholders, target management, issue resolution, working to deadlines, communication, and (most importantly) delighting your customer.

I have developed an Account Management programme titled ‘3D Account Management’ – a blueprint to help Account Managers deliver exceptional performance and value to both their customers and their employers in three broad areas – Detail, Depth and Deadlines (3D).

This blueprint can be tailored to your business and rolled out to your Account Managers to ensure they are best placed to optimise the key relationship between you and your customer.
